उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग (यूपीएससी) ने छात्रों की सुविधा के लिए एक नई प्रणाली शुरू की है जिसेUPPSC OTR Registrationकहा जाता है। इस सुविधा के लागू होने से उम्मीदवारों को बार-बार अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी/दस्तावेज़/फोटो/हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। उम्मीदवार 3 जनवरी 2023 से वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन (ओटीआर) कर सकते हैं और भविष्य में उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा जारी की जाने वाली किसी भी भर्ती के लिए यह पंजीकरण अनिवार्य होगा।

What is UPPSC OTR Registration 2026?
उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी ने 3 जनवरी 2023 को यूपीपीएससी ओटीआर सेवा का उद्घाटन किया। उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग में 3 जनवरी 2023 से शुरू हुई यूपीपीएससी वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन (ओटीआर) प्रणाली से उम्मीदवारों को काफी सुविधा मिलेगी। अब otr.pariksha.nic.in के माध्यम से उम्मीदवारों को आयोग द्वारा आयोजित विभिन्न चयन परीक्षाओं के लिए बार-बार अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी देने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। यूपीपीएससी आवेदक को केवल एक बार अपना फोटो और हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करना होगा। व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, फोटो और हस्ताक्षर को संशोधित और अपडेट करने की सुविधा हमेशा उपलब्ध रहेगी। पंजीकरण पूरा होने के बाद, आयोग द्वारा उम्मीदवार के विवरण और दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा और जिनकी जानकारी सत्यापित हो जाएगी, उन्हें ओटीआर नंबर/पंजीकरण जानकारी जारी की जाएगी।

  • राष्ट्रीयता: भारत का नागरिक होना अनिवार्य है।
  • आयु सीमा: विशिष्ट भर्ती पद के अनुसार ( सामान्यतः 18-40 वर्ष, श्रेणी के अनुसार छूट के साथ)।
  • शैक्षिक योग्यता: UPPSC OTR Registration के लिए हाई स्कूल अनिवार्य है फॉर्म भरने के लिए पद के योग्यता अनुसार 
  • निवास प्रमाण पत्र: उत्तर प्रदेश का वैध निवास प्रमाण पत्र होना अनिवार्य है (राज्य कोटा लाभ के लिए)।

  • Visit Official Website: Go to the official OTR portal otr.pariksha.nic.in or uppsc.up.nic.in
  • Registration Initiation: Click on “One Time Registration” and then “Register”.
  • Verify Credentials: Enter your email ID and mobile number. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to both for verification.
  • Upload Photo & Signature: Upload a recent, scanned passport-size photo and signature in JPG/JPEG format.
  • Fill Personal Details: Enter required information: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Category, Domicile State, and Aadhaar card (last 6 digits).
  • Submit & Generate OTR ID: Review all information carefully. Click on “Submit” to generate your unique OTR Number.
  • Lock & Final Submit: To complete the process, you must click on “Lock and Final Submit” to make your OTR ID active for filling applications
